Awards ceremony

Are the awards given to the individuals at the ceremony? If the winners are not present, how is the award given? How long is the ceremony?

    Hi Michael,
    No details have been released about the awards ceremony. The general process is that affidavits are signed attesting that the rules were followed, usually during the weeks after the ceremony, and after the signed affidavits are returned to the administrators, winning checks go out.
